Facility Mission and Philosophy To be a leader of quality services in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long term care, as well as the provider of choice in our local communities. Our philosophy includes the following beliefs: 1) The residents always come first. Every time we perform a task or make a decision, it is to benefit them. 2) Our staff is our greatest asset. The care they provide is vitally important. We want every employee to be well-trained, to feel appreciated and to be proud of their work at Greenwood Center. 3) The involvement of family and friends contributes greatly to the well-being of our residents. Visitors, including children and pets, are welcome anytime. We encourage family participation in resident care planning, facility activities and programs, and in the daily caring that goes on at Greenwood Center. 4) There is always room for improvement. We continually strive for ways to improve the care, services and quality of life for our residents.
